• YOU MUST have either the banner link on your site. Failure to do so
  will result in deletion of the site.
• NO CHEATING. Any member caught cheating by placing their hit link on multiple sites will be taken off the list. This also includes spaming hits. Remember, IP's are like a fingerprint.
• NO FORCED VOTES. If you force someone to vote to enter your page, your off. I personally hate those type of sites.
• NO HIDDEN VOTES. Making people vote without them knowing is a no no as well.
• NO HENTAI. Need I say more? If hentai is found, your off.
• NO HOTLINKING. This is in regards to the banner we use when you sign up. If you don't use it from your own site and link it directly from ours, your off.
• Only sites pertaining to anime are allowed on here. All others will be taken off and banned from the ip address.
